Shaoxing zhongcheng art fan factory was originated from zhongcheng fan mill. It was originally located in the xingpu village whose products were of high quality and delicacy. However its production site has been moved to shaoxing. It's now the only enterprise producing paper fans in the urban area of shaoxing.
